This is a contract opportunity with an initial project duration of 3 months, focused on building and delivering high-quality cyber security talent pipelines globally.
In this role, you will partner closely with senior security leaders and hiring managers to attract, assess, and hire top security talent. Design and lead targeted sourcing strategies for hard-to-fill and niche security skill sets (e.g., application security, cloud security, incident response, security engineering), proactively building and nurturing diverse talent pipelines.
Evaluate technical and functional fit by effectively assessing candidates’ experience with security architectures, risk management, security tooling, and modern engineering practices to ensure consistent, high-quality hiring decisions.
Use recruiting analytics and market intelligence to drive continuous improvement in time-to-fill, quality of hire, and candidate experience while adapting priorities across multiple domains and geographies.
Leverage and champion AI-driven recruiting tools, systems, and workflows to improve sourcing, screening, and stakeholder insights, including familiarity with AI-driven systems and applying AI/ML concepts to real-world products.
Minimum Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience in business, human resources, or a related field.
Several years of full-cycle recruiting experience focused on technical roles, with demonstrable experience supporting security, infrastructure, or engineering organizations.
Proven track record of independently managing a portfolio of requisitions across multiple security disciplines, owning end-to-end hiring outcomes in a multi-team or multi-region environment.
Strong ability to understand and discuss technical concepts with hiring managers and candidates, including modern security practices, cloud-native environments, and engineering workflows.
Proficiency using applicant tracking systems, sourcing platforms, and recruiting tools, including safe and compliant use of AI-driven systems for candidate discovery, matching, and pipeline management.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience recruiting across a broad range of cyber security specialties, including product and application security, cloud and platform security, threat detection, security operations, and governance, within high-growth global technology organizations.
Demonstrated ability to build and optimize data-driven recruiting strategies, including market mapping, competitive intelligence, and funnel analytics to guide senior stakeholders and refine hiring plans at scale.
