Senior Talent Acquisition Partner (m/w/d)
About the Role
We are looking for a Senior Talent Acquisition Partner to join one of our global clients, a leading organization in the digital media and marketing solutions space. In this role, you will act as a trusted Talent Partner, driving strategic hiring initiatives and working closely with business leaders to attract and secure top talent. You will play a key role in shaping hiring strategies, influencing decision-making, and ensuring best-in-class recruitment delivery across the Central European region.
Key Responsibilities
Own and drive end-to-end recruitment processes across Consulting, Solution Consulting, and Sales functions
Partner closely with hiring managers and senior stakeholders to develop and execute effective hiring strategies
Manage recruitment activities across the Central region, aligning with broader business objectives
Source, identify, and engage diverse, high-quality talent pipelines
Screen and present top candidates, ensuring a strong match with business needs and culture
Act as a trusted advisor, guiding hiring leaders on best practices in recruitment and selection processes
Provide reporting and insights to stakeholders to support data-driven decision-making
Strengthen employer branding and position the client as an employer of choice in the market
Stay informed on market trends, talent landscape, and competitive insights to support strategic hiring
Collaborate closely with HR Business Partners, Compensation, and Finance teams to deliver a seamless hiring experience
Requirements
Proven experience as a Talent Acquisition Partner or Recruiter in an international, fast-paced environment
Strong background in hiring for Consulting, Sales, or similar business functions
Excellent stakeholder management and influencing skills, with the ability to partner at senior levels
Strong sourcing and talent mapping capabilities, with a focus on diversity
Analytical mindset with the ability to provide insights and interpret recruitment data
Fluent in German and English
Strong communication and interpersonal skills with high cultural awareness
Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver results in a dynamic environment
