About the Role
We are looking for an HR Generalist to join one of our global clients, a leading organization operating in a dynamic, international environment. This role sits within a shared services structure and focuses on delivering high-quality HR support to employees across the EMEA region. You will act as a first point of contact for HR-related queries, ensuring smooth HR operations while collaborating closely with various internal stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

• Act as the first point of contact for HR-related queries from employees and managers across EMEA.

• Provide support on HR policies, procedures, programs, and systems, including Workday and ServiceNow.

• Manage and resolve employee inquiries while ensuring timely case resolution and excellent customer satisfaction.

• Support regional and local HR projects, coordinating activities across multiple stakeholders.

• Assist employees and managers with self-service HR tools and processes.

• Support voluntary employee exit processes and guide managers through related procedures.

• Handle first-level queries related to compensation, benefits, HR data management, and other employee lifecycle topics.

• Maintain accurate case documentation and contribute to process improvements.

Requirements

• Previous experience in HR, HR Shared Services, Employee Services, or a customer support environment.

• Fluent German and English, both written and spoken (additional European languages are an advantage).

• Strong problem-solving and organizational skills with a proactive, solution-oriented mindset.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment while maintaining high service quality.

• High level of discretion and confidentiality when handling sensitive employee information.

• Comfortable working independently as well as collaboratively within an international team.

• Experience working with HR systems such as Workday or ServiceNow is an advantage, as is previous experience in a Shared Services environment.
