Senior Project Manager (m/f/d)
The client is seeking a pragmatic, execution-driven Senior Project Manager to lead a strategic recovery and value acceleration program within a large-scale enterprise SaaS and digital experience ecosystem.
The role drives end-to-end coordination of cross-functional initiatives to improve adoption, product usage, and commercial performance. It ensures strong alignment across Sales, Customer Success, Retention, Partners, and Business Units, with consistent execution of agreed actions. The objective is to establish transparency, clear accountability, and measurable business impact across all teams.

Contract: Full-time | 38 hours per week | Fixed-term (approx. 6 months)
Your Responsibilities:
End-to-End Program Management
Own planning, execution, and delivery of the program.
Define governance, cadence, and accountability structures.
Ensure consistent execution across all streams.
Cross-Functional Orchestration
Drive alignment across Sales, Customer Success, Retention, Partners, and Product/BU.
Run execution forums (weekly reviews, action tracking, follow-ups).
Execution & Delivery
Translate strategy into measurable actions at account and program level.
Ensure execution discipline across all teams and levels.
Data, Transparency & Performance Tracking
Build and maintain a reliable data foundation (adoption, usage, pipeline, churn risk).
Define and track KPIs to measure impact and progress.
Customer Value Acceleration
Design and drive recovery and growth plans for key accounts
(e.g. low adoption, high risk, high potential).Ensure clear ownership and measurable outcomes per account.
Executive Reporting
Provide structured updates on progress, risks, and impact to leadership.
Enable fast, data-driven decision-making.
Your Profile:
Execution-driven mindset
Hands-on, pragmatic, and outcome-focused.
Strong ability to simplify complexity and drive execution.
Cross-functional leadership
Proven experience leading complex, cross-functional programs.
Confident influencing stakeholders from IC to senior leadership.
SaaS / technology background
Experience in enterprise SaaS environments.
Ideally familiar with enterprise digital experience, CMS, CX, CRM, or SaaS platform ecosystems.
Program & stakeholder management
Strong execution-focused program management skills.
Excellent communication and alignment capabilities.
Analytical thinking
Ability to derive insights from incomplete data.
Strong KPI and dashboard experience.
