As part of the continued growth of our client’s organization, we are looking for a Project Coordinator Team Lead to join a fast-growing technology company operating in the AI and SaaS space.

Key responsibilities:
Lead the day-to-day operations of the Project Coordinator team, ensuring effective workload planning and resource allocation
Monitor team capacity and balance workloads in line with business priorities
Collaborate with internal stakeholders to support project delivery and resource planning
Lead recruitment processes and actively support team growth as the organization scales
Design and manage onboarding and offboarding processes to ensure smooth team transitions
Identify development opportunities within the team and drive continuous learning initiatives
Build, document, and standardize operational processes, workflows, and best practices
Optimize team performance through process improvements, automation, and AI-powered solutions
Monitor quality standards and implement initiatives to improve efficiency and consistency
Foster a collaborative, high-performing, and accountable team culture
Requirements:
Minimum 4 years of professional experience in operations, project coordination, customer success, delivery coordination, or a related field
Proven experience managing or leading a team, including recruitment, onboarding, and day-to-day people management
Strong organizational skills and a process-oriented mindset
Experience working in a SaaS, technology, or startup environment
Ability to work independently, take ownership, and drive initiatives proactively
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
Genuine interest in modern technologies, particularly AI and automation
Professional fluency in English
Nice to have:
Experience working with distributed or international teams
Familiarity with automation tools or AI productivity solutions
Experience with workforce planning, resource allocation, or capacity management
