As Human Resources Business Partner:

• You will collaborate with our business leaders and employees to provide assured advice and guidance;

• You will provide operational and strategic expertise in employee relations, conflict management, organizational development and training;

• You will play an integral role in flawless delivery of our HR program implementation.

Responsibilities:

• Ensuring that Leaders and Managers in the region are trained and proficient in terms of HR policies and procedures;

• Ensuring employee relations issues are dealt with in a proactive and effective manner, partnering with Managers;

• Providing management information, data analysis, metrics and tools that demonstrate progress toward achieving key milestones;

• Being responsible for keeping current processes and practices in your country up to date;

• Working collaboratively with key internal partners: TA, Compensation & Benefits, Payroll team etc.
