Business Growth Manager – Student Programs (m/f/d)
An international, technology-driven company in the Travel & Community space is expanding its student-focused initiatives in Germany.
This role is responsible for supporting the execution and delivery of student programs across campuses, partnerships, and digital touchpoints. It focuses on bringing structured initiatives to life and ensuring smooth coordination across multiple stakeholders and workstreams.
The position combines program execution, cross-functional coordination, community engagement, and performance tracking, and is ideal for someone who enjoys operational delivery and building programs in a fast-paced environment.
Location: Berlin
Contract: Full-time | 40 hours per week | Fixed-term (6 months)
Your Responsibilities:
1. Student Program Execution
Support the execution of student-focused initiatives across campus programs, partnerships, incentives, and engagement activities
Coordinate programs such as campus ambassadors, student partnerships, referral initiatives, and local activations
Operationalize student programs and ensure smooth delivery across all touchpoints
Support seasonal campaigns aligned with key student travel moments (e.g. summer breaks, graduation, term breaks)
2. Cross-Functional Coordination
Work closely with Growth / Marketing teams on referral, incentive, and conversion initiatives
Collaborate with Supply teams to explore and activate student-relevant offerings (e.g. housing, travel options)
Support Partnerships and Communications teams in executing student-focused initiatives
Contribute to affiliate and influencer activities targeting student audiences
3. Partnerships & Campus Engagement
Build and maintain relationships with student organizations, universities, and campus communities
Support campus activation programs and local engagement initiatives
Identify cultural trends and behavioral patterns within student audiences
Assist in coordinating campus-based activities and engagement programs
4. Performance, Insights & Reporting
Track performance across student programs and campaigns
Support reporting, post-campaign reviews, and documentation of insights
Analyze program outcomes and contribute to optimization recommendations
Identify opportunities to improve engagement, conversion, and program effectiveness
Your Profile:
2-5 years of experience in growth marketing, business development, program management, or project coordination
Experience with community, campus, or youth-focused programs is a strong plus
Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple parallel workstreams
Data-driven mindset with an interest in performance tracking and optimization
Hands-on, execution-focused approach
Strong communication skills in cross-functional and international environments
Genuine interest in travel, student audiences, and community engagement
