Business Growth Manager – Student Programs (m/f/d)
An international, technology-driven company in the Travel & Community space is expanding its student growth initiatives in a key European market.
This role focuses on activating student audiences, building campus networks, and developing scalable programs that drive measurable growth in engagement, conversion, and bookings.
It combines growth, community building, and hands-on execution – ideal for someone who enjoys building programs from the ground up and scaling them into high-impact initiatives.
Location: Berlin
Contract: Full-time | 40 hours per week | Fixed-term (6 months)
Your Responsibilities:
1. Student Growth & Program Building
Build, execute, and continuously improve student growth programs across campus activations, partnerships, and incentives.
Develop and scale initiatives such as campus ambassador programs, referral systems, and local engagement activities.
Independently manage operational programs with a strong focus on scalability, efficiency, and measurable impact.
Contribute to seasonal campaigns aligned with key student travel moments (e.g. summer breaks, graduation, group travel periods).
2. Growth Execution & Cross-Functional Collaboration
Partner with Growth Marketing to optimize referral, incentive, and conversion programs.
Work with Supply teams to identify and activate relevant accommodation and travel options for students.
Support the development and scaling of affiliate and influencer programs within the student segment.
Collaborate closely with Partnerships and Communications teams to design new growth initiatives.
3. Community & Campus Engagement
Build and maintain relationships with student organizations, university groups, and campus communities.
Activate and grow campus programs and local student networks.
Identify cultural trends, behavioral patterns, and evolving needs within student travel audiences.
4. Performance, Insights & Optimization
Track and analyze performance across all student programs and campaigns.
Create reports, post-campaign analyses, and actionable recommendations for optimization.
Use data-driven insights to continuously improve engagement, conversion, and overall program impact.
Your Profile:
2-5 years of experience in growth marketing, business development, or program/project management.
Experience building or scaling community, campus, or youth-focused programs.
Strong data-driven mindset with a focus on testing, optimization, and performance improvement.
Hands-on approach with a passion for building programs from the ground up.
Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple parallel workstreams.
Strong communication skills in cross-functional and international environments.
Genuine interest in travel, community building, and student audiences.
