Partner Marketing Manager (m/f/d)

We are looking for an experienced Partner Marketing Manager (m/f/d) to support regional marketing activities with and through strategic partners for an international technology company.
In this role, you will help drive awareness, demand generation, and business growth by planning and executing partner marketing programs. You will work closely with partner teams, marketing functions, sales stakeholders, and external agencies to ensure successful delivery of joint marketing initiatives.
Location: Munich, Germany
Contract Duration: 18 months
Working Pattern: Full-time (40 hours per week)
Your Responsibilities:
Partner Marketing & Campaign Execution
Plan and execute regional partner marketing activities to increase brand awareness, demand generation, and business impact.
Activate joint marketing initiatives with partners, including digital campaigns, webinars, events, workshops, roundtables, and other demand-generation programs.
Adapt and leverage existing marketing assets and campaigns to meet regional partner requirements.
Coordinate agencies and external suppliers to ensure high-quality execution of marketing activities.
Partner & Stakeholder Collaboration
Build and maintain strong marketing relationships with strategic partners and key stakeholders.
Collaborate with regional marketing, sales, and partner teams to integrate partner activities into broader marketing plans.
Support partner events, enablement initiatives, and joint marketing programs.
Ensure effective communication and alignment between internal teams, partners, and external service providers.
Marketing Operations & Budget Support
Support planning, tracking, and management of marketing budgets for partner activities.
Manage operational processes including approvals, purchase orders, invoicing, and documentation.
Maintain accurate records of campaign activities, spend, and performance metrics.
Contribute to reporting and continuous improvement of partner marketing programs based on results and insights.
Your Profile:
What You Bring
5-7 years of professional experience in B2B marketing, ideally with a focus on partner marketing, channel marketing, or field marketing.
Proven experience working with external partners and executing joint marketing initiatives.
Experience managing agencies, suppliers, and multiple internal stakeholders.
Strong project and program management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
Structured and detail-oriented approach to managing budgets, processes, and operational activities.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and German.
Nice to Have
Experience in an international B2B technology environment.
Experience working in global, matrixed organizations.
Familiarity with CRM, marketing automation, or event management platforms.
Experience managing partner ecosystems and co-marketing programs.
