About Our Client
Our client is a pioneering, forward-thinking global biopharmaceutical company dedicated to developing innovative medicines that transform patients' lives. Operating at the intersection of cutting-edge science and technology, they foster a collaborative, dynamic environment where every team member's contribution directly impacts global health. With a strong commitment to growth and continuous improvement, they empower their people to rethink traditional processes and build world-class employee experiences.
The Opportunity
Are you a Workday superuser who thrives on streamlining processes and delivering an exceptional employee experience?
We are looking for an energetic, detail-oriented HR Operations Manager to join a highly collaborative team in Warsaw. In this pivotal role, you will be the backbone of the region’s people processes, managing the entire employee lifecycle across the EMEA region with a strong focus on Poland. This is a brilliant opportunity to bring your expertise in Workday and HR operations to a fast-paced, innovative environment where your ideas for process improvement will be actively championed.
Your Key Responsibilities
The Go-To HR Partner: Serve as the first point of contact for employees, managers, and HRBPs across Poland and the wider EMEA region, delivering top-tier customer service and guidance.
Employee Lifecycle Champion: Own and manage core HR processes from onboarding to off-boarding, contract creation, absence management, and benefits administration.
Workday & Systems Expert: Support the HRIS team in designing, testing, and implementing new Workday modules and system enhancements to elevate the user experience.
Data Integrity & Compliance: Maintain pristine employee files and records in Workday and downstream systems, ensuring strict compliance with local data protection regulations.
Continuous Improvement: Identify process bottlenecks, draft high-quality SOPs, and recommend smart, scalable solutions to optimize day-to-day HR workflows.
Collaborative Projects: Partner with IT, Finance, Legal, and global HR teams to support annual cycles (like compensation planning and talent reviews) and broader HR initiatives.
What You Bring to the Team
The Experience: Significant, hands-on experience in HR Operations across EMEA, with deep, specialized expertise in Polish employment practices and administration.
The Tech Stack: Deep working knowledge of Workday modules (Core HR, Recruiting, Onboarding, and Absence) is essential. Strong MS Office skills (Excel, PowerPoint) are a must.
The Language Skills: Professional fluency in both English and Polish (written and spoken) is required. Any additional European language is a great plus!
The Mindset: A proactive, growth-oriented mindset. You don’t just follow processes—you look for ways to make them better, faster, and more user-friendly.
Soft Skills: High emotional intelligence, stellar communication skills, and a strong sense of confidentiality and integrity.
Bonus Points: Experience with or exposure to AI-driven HR tools is a fantastic advantage!
