Marketing Analyst (m/f/d)
For our client, we are looking for a Marketing Analyst to support their marketing teams with data-driven insights, strategic recommendations, and performance analytics across Central Europe.
This role sits at the intersection of marketing, analytics, and business strategy and is ideal for someone who enjoys turning complex data into clear recommendations that improve business outcomes.

Employment Type: Full-time (38 hours per week)
Contract Type: Fixed-term contract (approximately 18 months)
What You’ll Do:
Provide senior marketing stakeholders with strategic recommendations based on data and analytics to improve business outcomes.
Enable marketing teams to understand and adopt reporting, analytics, and performance measurement capabilities, including AI-enabled solutions.
Champion automation and self-service analytics, using tools such as Power BI and other modern BI solutions.
Combine qualitative and quantitative insights to evaluate and optimise marketing campaigns and programmes across events, digital channels, and other marketing tactics.
Synthesise marketing performance and impact for weekly business activities, performance reviews, MBRs/QBRs, annual planning, and spend optimisation.
Apply analytics and insights to local market requirements and nuances across Central Europe.
Establish feedback loops and continuously improve analytics processes, tools, reporting capabilities, and ways of working.
Communicate complex analytical findings clearly and persuasively to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Work closely with marketing, data, and business stakeholders in an international environment.
What You Need to Succeed:
3+ years of professional experience in a B2B subscription-revenue environment, combining hands-on marketing and analytics experience.
Strong knowledge of advanced analytics and marketing measurement frameworks, including incrementality testing and causal impact analysis.
Strong technical skills in SQL, Python, and advanced Excel.
Significant experience using AI tools such as Microsoft Copilot, ChatGPT, Claude, or similar solutions.
Experience with Power BI, Tableau, or similar BI/data visualisation platforms is a plus.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyse data, develop hypotheses, identify meaningful insights, and translate them into actionable recommendations.
Demonstrated ability to drive self-service analytics and automation.
A proactive, entrepreneurial, and adaptable approach with the ability to work independently.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Ability to explain complex analytical concepts in a simple and compelling way.
Fluent German and English are required. Additional European language skills are a plus.
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing, Statistics, Computer Science, Business Informatics, or a related field.
