Quality Assurance and Control: Manage quality documentation, monitor subcontractor compliance with QA/QC procedures, review inspection checklists and ensure that quality standards are maintained throughout construction.
Programme and Schedule Management: Monitor project schedules, track subcontractor progress and ensure works are delivered in accordance with agreed programmes and client requirements. Identify and escalate delays or risks promptly.

Commercial and Cost Management: Monitor package-related costs, variations, valuations, material deliveries, plant and equipment, and subcontractor activities. Identify and report commercial impacts, delays and potential additional costs.
Site Operations and Coordination: Manage day-to-day CSA site activities, coordinate subcontractors and site supervision teams, and attend site coordination meetings as the CSA representative.
Subcontractor Management: Monitor subcontractor progress, resource levels, procurement, design submissions, quality, safety and construction activities. Lead regular progress meetings and ensure that outstanding actions are followed up.
Progress Reporting: Prepare weekly reports covering project progress, labour levels, material deliveries, programme performance, risks, delays and other issues affecting delivery.
Materials and Procurement: Coordinate material deliveries with the construction programme and monitor critical orders to minimise disruption to site activities.
Defect and Snag Management: Oversee snagging and punch-list processes, ensuring that outstanding issues are assigned, tracked and resolved.
Project Meetings: Participate in site meetings, engineering reviews, planning and coordination meetings, internal project reviews and handover meetings.
Project Close-Out: Coordinate the completion of project documentation, including quality and safety files, operation and maintenance manuals, final accounts, punch lists and other handover requirements.
Tendering Support: Assist with the preparation and technical assessment of subcontractor and supplier tender packages, ensuring compliance with design specifications and project requirements.
