C# React/Angular Dev

Full Stack Developer (C# .NET & React)

Location: Hadera, Israel, or Hadera with two days per week at Rafael facilities in the Karmiel area (shuttle transportation provided)
Work Model: On-site only – remote work and work from home are not available.

About the Role:

We are looking for an experienced Full Stack Developer with a strong backend focus and at least 5 years of professional experience in C# .NET development. The ideal candidate will have proven experience in React, a solid understanding of software architecture, and the ability to develop scalable, maintainable, and high-quality software solutions.

Candidates with strong Angular experience may also be considered, provided they are willing to work with React.

Some positions require a high-level security clearance. Candidates must disclose any additional or dual citizenship to determine eligibility for the relevant positions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design, develop, and maintain backend applications using C# and .NET.

  • Develop and maintain frontend applications using React.

  • Design and implement scalable software solutions based on microservices and distributed systems.

  • Apply SOLID principles and software engineering best practices.

  • Develop and maintain unit tests to ensure code quality and reliability, including the use of AI-powered development tools.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams throughout the software development lifecycle.

  • Participate in system architecture and technical design discussions.

  • Use Azure DevOps and other ALM tools to manage development and testing activities.

Mandatory Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Software Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.

  • At least 5 years of professional software development experience.

  • Proven hands-on experience with C# and .NET.

  • Proven experience with React.

  • Knowledge and experience with C# 8 or later.

  • Good understanding of SOLID principles.

  • Experience developing unit tests.

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

  • System-level engineering perspective and the ability to understand complex software systems.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience developing microservices and distributed systems.

  • Understanding of microservices-based software architecture.

  • Familiarity with communication protocols.

  • Experience with Azure DevOps and ALM tools for development and test management.

  • Experience using AI tools to support software development and unit testing.

  • Experience with Angular and willingness to transition to React, if required.
