Network Engineer
Position Overview
We are seeking highly motivated and skilled Customer Success Engineers to join our dynamic team. As a product expert, technical advisor, and customer advocate, you will play a crucial role in ensuring our clients achieve their desired outcomes through tailored end-to-end technical execution and guidance. Our mission is to drive the adoption of advanced security features and solutions, safeguarding our clients’ most valuable digital assets against cyber threats.
Key Responsibilities
- Product Expertise: Serve as a technical SME, collaborating with Product, Engineering, and Account teams to maximize customer and partner engagement with our products. Provide deep product-level expertise in feature adoption, product deployment, software upgrades, configuration optimization, and advisories.
- Product Adoption: Act as a customer advocate to drive product adoption, including PANOS upgrade planning, best practice assessments, and security posture improvement. Identify innovative use cases to influence the product roadmap and feature set.
- Customer Impact: Understand the typical business challenges faced by our customers to map features in their security environments appropriately. Ensure customers are maximizing their investment by rapidly implementing and operationalizing solutions to achieve their security objectives.
Your Experience
- A minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in Network or System Engineering, Architecture, CyberSecurity Engineering, technical support, consulting, professional services, or similar roles.
- Customer success or client-facing service/sales experience is preferred.
- A solid background in Internet and Security technologies, such as Zero Trust, Threat Prevention, URL filtering, VPN, and other related subjects.
- Understanding of network infrastructure and security, e.g., NGFW, OSPF/BGP, SSL, IPSec VPNs, load balancing.
- Experience in providing proactive security advisory notifications (CVEs, security notifications, product vulnerability, content, and threat updates).
- Proven ability to work as a trusted technical advisor to deliver value for customers and engage with security teams across various levels.
- Knowledge in creating and delivering security operations playbooks and methodologies.
- Familiarity with customer success tools like Gainsight or Tableau to update and track the customer adoption journey.
- Ability to manage multiple customers and projects in a dynamic environment, addressing emerging security risks and challenges.
- Travel Requirement: Preparedness for business travel is necessary.
