About the project:
CF&O Shared Services (CFOSS) is our strategic initiative designed to streamline and enhance the efficiency of our operations across CF&O divisions. By centralizing platforms, services, and expertise, we aim to:

Responsibilities:

Thrive in a lively, fast-moving setting that offers a comprehensive view of the Finance sector.
Grasp the essentials of the business, paving the way for and crafting process workflows, data needs, and outlines necessary for execution.
Formulate technical outlines, both overarching and detailed designs, devise testing approaches, and set up plans for execution based on business demands.
Oversee the full cycle of system development, spanning from requirements gathering, programming, testing, user acceptance testing (UAT), to ongoing maintenance.
Stay abreast of novel and upcoming technologies that could benefit the project.

Skills and relevant experience:

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related technical discipline
5+ years of relevant experience in software development, including a clear understanding of data structures, algorithms, software design, core programming concepts and experiences with continuous delivery and deployment
A strong problem solver, organized and able to work in a fast-paced environment with delivery focus as part of a global team
Excellent communicator who is comfortable engaging stakeholders, both verbally and written
Strong programming experience in at least one compiled language (e.g. Java, C++)
Full Stack experience with industry standard frameworks and tools (e.g. React, SpringBoot, DropWizard, Maven, Web/RESTful service development)
Knowledge of relational and columnar SQL databases, including database design
