ITSM Manager - CICD
Responsibilities and Duties
- Lead the service delivery practice for cloud-native, generative AI solutions, achieving significant efficiency and quality improvements for over 6,000 mobility product engineers worldwide.
- Drive the development and market launch of multiple innovative CI/CD solutions in the fields of software requirements management, software engineering, and testing. These solutions are aimed at enhancing the creation of autonomous driving technologies for major automobile manufacturers globally.
- Direct a service desk team that provides support services and incident management to more than 6,000 engineers around the world.
- Develop and implement an IT Service Management (ITSM) strategy for CI/CD solutions within product engineering. This strategy should encompass incident management, problem management, and change leadership.
- Facilitate communication and collaboration between architects, product owners, and the core development team to deliver complex machine learning-based solutions to engineers working on autonomous driving products.
- Provide training, coaching, and guidance to users of CI/CD solutions.
- Mentor junior CI/CD configuration engineers.
- Ensure compliance with best practices in machine learning among engineers.
Qualifications
- A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- A minimum of 10 years of experience in a leadership role within service delivery.
- Demonstrated expertise in defining and implementing service delivery strategies, including planning and execution.
- Possession of industry-recognized qualifications in service delivery or change management, such as Prosci or ITIL.
- Strong understanding of the development processes for machine learning-based solutions.
- Excellent problem-solving skills, including experience with Root Cause Analysis investigations.
- Proficiency in at least three of the following technologies is preferred: Python, R, React, PyTorch, RDMS (Relational Database Management Systems), OODMS (Object-Oriented Database Management Systems).
- Knowledge in one of the following areas: Application Integration Patterns, Hosting, Infrastructure, or Network Technologies.
- Familiarity with MLOps (Machine Learning Operations) best practices and platforms is considered an advantage.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in English.
