Ops Risk CW Analyst - Junior Level (Warsaw)

Duties: The Ops Risk CW Analyst will have a crucial role in:
- Establishing and maintaining communication with a diverse range of financial entities such as Investment Advisors, Hedge Funds, Mutual Funds, Private Equity, and Pension Funds to procure essential financial data.
- Diligently updating and maintaining accurate records of fund's Net Asset Values, performance metrics, and other vital financial information within our credit systems.
- Engaging directly with fund managers to gain a deeper understanding of their investment strategies, performance metrics, and asset allocations.
- Collaborating closely with the credit team to identify and assess potential areas of financial risk and opportunity.
- Receiving comprehensive on-the-job training to enhance professional skills and knowledge in financial analysis and risk assessment.
Skills and Requirements:
- A detail-oriented individual capable of juggling multiple tasks effectively.
- Exceptional organizational skills, ensuring meticulous attention to detail and the ability to meet tight deadlines.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a proficiency in diplomacy to manage sensitive information and interactions.
- A highly motivated self-starter who is also a cooperative team player, eager to contribute to team success.
- Quick learner with a proactive approach to problem-solving and decision-making.
- Foundational skills in accounting or financial analysis are preferable.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
- A Bachelor's degree is preferred, but candidates currently pursuing their degree may also be considered.
Education:
- Bachelor’s degree as a minimum requirement (can be in progress).
