Product Specialist (m/w/d)

Our client is looking for an experienced enterprise software sales specialist to join the team and take responsibility for selling the Workfront solution. This role involves both standalone product sales and advanced solutions as part of content supply chain projects.
Responsibilities:
- Generate, develop, and successfully close sales opportunities for the Workfront product family in Switzerland, Austria, and Eastern Europe.
- Implement comprehensive sales strategies for key accounts.
- Build and maintain positive relationships at the C-level and across functional roles within client organizations.
- Leverage internal resources and business partners to address customer challenges.
- Collaborate with partners for solution evaluations and pre-sales engagements.
- Follow up on leads generated by the marketing team.
- Work closely with colleagues and internal partners to deliver joint value propositions for enterprise clients.
- Track and report on market opportunities and challenges in the assigned regions.
- Create and update sales activity plans, provide accurate sales forecasts, and contribute to account and territory planning.
- Organize workshops to showcase the value of Workfront solutions tailored to customer needs.
Qualifications:
- A results-driven individual with a "can-do" attitude and a focus on achieving challenging goals.
- Fluency in German and English; knowledge of French or other European languages is a strong asset.
- Strong expertise in enterprise software or SaaS sales, preferably with experience in work management and workflow solutions.
- Commitment to value-based selling practices.
- Ability to act as a trusted advisor by effectively demonstrating business value to clients and internal teams.
- A "hunter" mentality with the ability to discover, qualify, and secure new opportunities.
- Proven ability to work across functional teams, including Sales, Marketing, Product Management, and Partners.
- Experience in prospecting, account planning, needs analysis, presentations, negotiations, and proposal development.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate at all levels of an organization.
Education Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree required.
