Senior Test Automation Engineer

Your Role
As a Senior Test Automation Engineer, you will play a key role in defining, implementing, and executing performance and load testing strategies for cloud-native microservices. Your work will directly contribute to the reliability and scalability of mission-critical mobility solutions, ensuring seamless integration into autonomous driving systems.
Key Responsibilities
✅ Define and execute test strategies for automated cloud-native microservices
✅ Design, implement, and run performance and load testing for advanced mobility solutions
✅ Work closely with developers, architects, and operations teams to ensure comprehensive test coverage
✅ Develop test plans, scripts, and tools to simulate real-world heavy traffic and complex transactions
✅ Analyze performance metrics, identify bottlenecks, and provide solutions for system scalability
✅ Generate Quality Test Results Reports and advise senior management on quality trends
Your Expertise
🎯 7+ years of experience in senior test automation, including at least 3 years in non-functional testing (performance, load, backup/recovery, disaster recovery)
🎯 Strong expertise in UI and API testing methods and tools
🎯 Proficiency in Python, Perl, JavaScript, and test automation frameworks (Selenium, Playwright, RestAssured)
🎯 Ability to analyze and optimize system performance under high demand
🎯 Excellent organization, presentation, and communication skills in English
🎯 Solid knowledge of Agile development processes and IT project management methodologies
