Position Overview:
The Senior Talent Sourcing Partner will play a critical role in shaping the future of the company by identifying and engaging top talent in the industry. This position involves working closely with the recruitment team to understand detailed job requirements and develop effective sourcing strategies that align with ambitious growth objectives.
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate effectively with recruiters to deeply understand the requirements of various roles and contribute to the development of innovative recruitment strategies.
- Utilize a range of sourcing tools including job boards, social media platforms, databases, and search engines to create a sustainable pipeline of candidates for both immediate and future needs.
- Conduct proactive outreach to potential candidates, effectively communicating the value of joining the company, and screen for fit and interest in open roles.
- Build and maintain a strong network of industry professionals, gaining valuable market intelligence that informs sourcing strategies and competitive positioning
Key Requirements for success as a Talent Sourcer:
- Talent Sourcing & Research Expertise: Experience in developing competitive market intelligence utilizing tools such as LinkedIn Talent Insights and Gartner Talent Neuron to educate yourself, the business, and recruiting partners on talent market trends.
- Effective Communication Skills: Ability to gather information effectively through various channels, including telephone and in-person interactions, such as "networking calls," to identify potential prospects.
- Exceptional Listening Skills: Proven ability to actively listen to and understand prospect information, translating it into compelling narratives and key selling points.
- Learning Agility: Demonstrated ability to quickly learn, retain, and apply new information, particularly regarding Workday, internal processes, and the talent landscape.
- Strong Storytelling Abilities: Skilled in using data points gathered from recruiting partners and the business to craft engaging stories that resonate with potential applicants and candidates, ultimately leading to job applications.
- Trustworthiness and Credibility: Ability to build trust by supporting stories and claims with relevant data and anecdotes.
- Strong Organizational Skills: Proven ability to prioritize projects and manage time efficiently within a fast-paced service environment.Excellent Customer Service Skills: A customer-centric approach with a strong focus on achieving results.
- Business Fluency in English: Professional proficiency in spoken and written English is essential for effective communication.
