Functional Safety Engineer – Automotive E/E Systems

We’re currently looking for a Functional Safety Engineer to join our team of experts dedicated to developing cutting-edge E/E systems in compliance with ISO 26262 and customer safety expectations.
Key Responsibilities
Create technical documentation aligned with internal standards and ISO 26262 requirements.
Support system and hardware engineers in the area of reliability and functional safety.
Participate in design reviews and project meetings.
Conduct reliability and safety analysis for EEA systems across multiple engineering disciplines (SYS, HW, ME, VAL, SW).
Contribute to the creation of functional and technical safety concepts to meet customer safety goals.
Predict and analyze reliability and safety risks using mathematical modeling techniques.
Define and manage the functional safety process (DIA) for assigned projects.
Prepare and support qualitative and quantitative safety analyses, including DFMEA, FMEDA, Pin Out DFMEA, and Hardware Metrics.
Identify opportunities for safety and reliability improvement and cost reduction.
Build effective communication with suppliers and customers.
Ensure all customer requirements related to safety and reliability are properly implemented.
Represent the company positively and protect confidential information.
Deliver tasks on time in line with corporate quality standards.
Actively develop professional skills through training and self-learning.
What We’re Looking For
Experience with ISO 26262 and safety analysis methodologies.
Understanding of reliability and functional safety concepts in automotive systems.
Ability to collaborate across engineering disciplines.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Proactive mindset and strong communication skills.
