Analyst
Our Client, a prestigious global financial institution, is looking for an Analyst to join their Warsaw-based team. The successful candidate will support investment operations, reporting, regulatory processes, and internal communication, contributing directly to the optimization of internal workflows and data-driven decision-making.
Key Responsibilities:
Support regulatory reporting processes (PRIIPs/MiFID II), including:
Preparation, maintenance, and entry of transaction data into the internal system
Performing sanity checks and identifying outliers in quarterly transaction cost calculations
Assist in the preparation of inputs for SFDR periodic disclosures
Coordinate and manage agreements with local investment research providers (brokers), including reviewing, amending, and initiating contracts
Draft internal reports and materials for meetings such as the Investment Committee
Prepare commentaries and responses for commercial teams and client inquiries
Create presentations for both regular and ad-hoc client meetings
Support internal audits through documentation and correspondence
Contribute to the development of investment processes using quantitative tools
Preferred Qualifications:
Master’s degree (or final year student) in Economics, Finance, or related Sciences
High analytical and quantitative skills
Solid knowledge of econometrics and statistics (including model building)
Strong command of Microsoft Excel
Familiarity with Python programming
Fluency in English and Polish (spoken and written)
Proactive mindset with the ability to work independently
Strong sense of initiative and responsibility
Team-oriented attitude
