Junior Customer Success Manager – Central Europe
Responsibilities
Supporting customers throughout their digital journey across the Central Europe region
Building and maintaining customer relationships in close cooperation with senior team members
Understanding customer challenges, requirements, adoption levels, and organizational structures
Translating customer needs into tailored technology and solution recommendations
Participating in customer workshops, workflow assessments, and solution demonstrations
Helping customers maximize the value and business impact of implemented solutions
Collaborating with sales teams to identify growth and expansion opportunities
Supporting regular customer meetings, reporting on progress and key performance metrics
Raising customer awareness of product updates, events, and industry initiatives
Working closely with cross-functional teams in a global, matrix organization
What You Need to Succeed
Interest in customer success, customer engagement, or digital technologies
Basic understanding of design workflows and current digital trends
Ability to build relationships with both end users and decision makers
A customer-centric, responsive, and proactive mindset
Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks in parallel
Willingness to learn, grow, and take ownership of personal and professional development
Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional and international teams
Business-level proficiency in English and German, both written and spoken
