We are looking for a sharp, detail-oriented KYC Analyst to join our global Client Onboarding team. In this role, you’ll be on the front lines of risk mitigation, executing Customer Identification Programs (CIP) and conducting deep-dive due diligence for international clients.

What you’ll be doing:

• Conduct Customer Identification Program (CIP) and Customer Due Diligence (CDD) on new and existing clients in line with global regulatory standards.

• Spot red flags, unusual activity, and complex corporate structures, escalating compliance risks to key stakeholders.

• Manage client onboarding pipelines efficiently while serving as a primary point of contact for internal business queries.

• Contribute to continuous process improvements across EMEA and global compliance operations.

• Support regulatory inquiries, internal audits, and strategic KYC remediation projects.

What we’re looking for:

• 1+ years in AML, KYC, CDD, or Client Onboarding within financial services or FinTech.

• Solid understanding of AML/CFT frameworks, fraud prevention, and financial crime compliance standards.

• Strong problem-solving skills with close attention to detail when reviewing client documentation.

• Business-fluent English (written and spoken) to seamlessly collaborate with international

• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, matrixed environment.
